- 10H05 Arrive at Grand Gaube and discover the village and its lazy pace
- 10H30 Reach Anjoo’s place
- 10H30-12H15 Welcome drink + briefing + tie your apron
- 12H30 – 13H30 Lunch à la Mauricienne
- 13H30 Say goodbye to Anjoo and proceed to Chateau Labourdonnais
- 14H00 – 15H00 Visit of the chateau & rhum tasting
